Spring Trends For Now
We all can have a love/hate relationship with fashion. Sometimes you could just be coming to terms with a new trend and the POOF it can be gone in a puff of smoke. This is why I try to not follows trends by the book and instead try to put my own spin on it. I try and seek out the styles i think are going to be big all season then add other pieces to make it my own. The key to nailing this method is to make sure you using some wardrobe staples like a trench coat or a timeless pair of indigo wash jeans to pull the whole outfit together.
WHITE BOOTS MAKING AN IMPACT
I don’t know about you but I’ve been struggling to find some white boots that I really like. I’ve got a killer floral dress, that looks like its been sent into the future from the 70s, that would look amazing with some knee high white boots.

GREEN SUEDE FOR SPRING SUMMER 2018
This might come as a shock to you but green suede has been taking the fashion world by storm. Spring/Summer runways have been packed full of suede and the majority came in many different shades of green. Everything from mint green to emerald green we’re on show and I for one love it. Green is one of my favourite colours and I was so happy that it featured so heavily in many of the big designers ranges.

How to Wear: LILAC
The last time I wore lilac was my eyeshadow before I went out to a under 16’s disco many moons ago. If I remember right, it was glitter and I don’t think I applied it very well. It could bring a hit of nostalgia for all the wrong reason for you guys. It might have been the colour of your grannies cardigan, the colour of your friends bridesmaids dresses that you had to reluctantly wear.

The fashion merry go round never stops turning and trends come and go. The biggest trends of the season come slip away never to be seen again and some stand the test of time. The same applies for colours and shades. Some stick around like neutral tones and primary colours and then you get pastel shades such as lilac that are huge one season then fade away the next. This means the hardcode fashionistas out there tend to go back in time and try to bring back certain styles and silhouettes. The newest trend to make a return is sneakers and trainers.
